采购订单条款 & 条件
- 一般. 此采购订单(是否用作报价), 接受要约, or confirmation of a contract) is conditioned on and limited to its terms. By performing or by acknowledging receipt of this purchase order ("Contract"), 卖方同意其所有条款和条件. - 保修.
